School Workflow (QR + 13.56MHz RFID)

1. Event Flow Turnstile reads QR/RFID, logs the event to the cloud, and triggers a push notification.
2. Parent App Parents receive instant, real-time alerts regarding their child's entry and exit.
3. Admin Console Staff can manage student rosters, broadcast announcements, and export attendance.

HOA Workflow (Long-Range UHF RFID)

1. Vehicle Identification Residents approach the gate and are automatically identified using long-range UHF RFID windshield stickers.
2. Automatic Gate Access The system verifies the vehicle in the database and automatically opens the boom barrier for authorized residents.
3. Access Logging All entries and exits are recorded with date, time, vehicle ID, and access point for security monitoring and reporting.
4. Visitor QR Access Residents can generate a visitor QR code with either date/time expiration or a limited number of uses for temporary guest access.
5. Delivery QR Access A special delivery QR code can be issued for couriers and service providers, allowing one entry and one exit use only to control access.
6. HOA Administration Dashboard HOA officers access a secure management dashboard to enroll vehicles, manage RFID stickers, generate visitor and delivery QR codes, and export access logs.
